Lawyers on behalf of the two largest publishers of comics, DC and Marvel, are on a mission to educate the industry that their clients are the trademark owners of the words "super hero," and any usage of the title elsewhere infringes on trademark laws.

So now everytime I use the word superhero in here, or in my daily life am I supposed to send them royalties?! Well, if I use it too much people will think my blog is the only place to get comics and that I invented Superman/Batman et all...

How about a superhero... Sorry, Super Hero(TM) who's magic power is the removal of all big business idiocy...

I wonder how many trademarks there are we don't know about and happily use?
