It's the seedy bits from a Lords & Ladies plant... I think we used to call them cuckoo pint as kids... they are really a wild arum though... well if I'm right anyway... and if I am they're mildly poisonous.

Yes, lol. When a kid and i wasn't playing to cowboys and indians, I used to cut them from my aunties gardens and farms to play about be a princess so those were my earings always
Of course i damaged various of those flowers!
Funny, nowadays i don't use to see this flower! ( wasn't me!)
